Recipe: The Healthy Snickers Dupe
One of my go-to my favorite healthy dessert recipes has to be this snickers date recipe! They are equally delicious as they are easy to make and make for the perfect late night snack. If you crave something sweet at night like me, but want to grab something that is a bit more healthy, this recipe is for you!
1. Grab your ingredients!
You’ll need vegan chocolate chips, peanut butter and Medjool dates! Melt down your chocolate chips in a bowl and add your peanut butter into a separate bowl.
2. Time for the dates!
Place each date in your bowl of peanut butter. Fully coat each date and place them onto a tray. If your dates are not pitted, be sure to remove them before this step!
3. Time to drizzle!
Grab your melted chocolate and drizzle your desired amount on top of the peanut butter covered dates.
4. Now we wait!
Place your tray of dates into the freezer for 3-4 hours or until the chocolate and peanut butter have hardened.

6 medjool dates
2 Tablespoons of peanut butter
½ cup of vegan chocolate chips
Grab your dates, peanut butter and vegan chocolate chips.
Melt your vegan chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl until they are fully smooth.
Dip your dates in your peanut butter and place into a tray.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the dates with your desired amount.
Freeze for 3-4 hours.
